Please note during busy periods such as Christmas and with International orders, there may be delays to shipments, which are outside of my control. Once a shipment has been dispatched and handed over to the courier there is very little that I can do, please refer to the tracking number provided for the most up-to-date information.

RETURNS POLICY

Please see specific products for return eligability, some products are not eligible for return.

If you have a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Giclee prints are very delicate and any damage on return will be deducted from the exchange or refund total. Any returns need to be returned as a tracked/recorded delivery and the cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that custom/bespoke orders and some more delicate items are non-returnable, please refer to the individual product page to see if the item is listed as non-returnable.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
