Refund policy
RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a return, you must first check the product page to see if it is eligible for a return, some products are delicate or custom/bespoke and are not returnable and refundable.
If the product page doesn't specify that it is non returnable, in order to return and be refunded please return in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging (unless the packaging was damaged on receipt). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Giclee prints are very delicate and any damage on return will be deducted from the exchange or refund total. Any returns need to be returned as a tracked/recorded delivery and the cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that custom/bespoke orders and some more delicate items are non-returnable, please refer to the individual product page to see if the item is listed as non-returnable. Sarah Goodwin is under no obligation to offer return and refund on orders that contain a non-returnable product.
It is the customers responsibility to read all the information given prior to making a purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. You must contact Sarah Goodwin within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the damaged packaging and damaged product. Claims made without photos provided and after 7 days cannot be guaranteed to be replaced.
