Drawn from a cherry blossom branch from my parent's garden, this wine red botanical silhouette print is perfect as single print or as trio of frames with the full collection of silhouette designs. I have watched this cherry blossom tree bloom in my parent's garden year after year and couldn't resist drawing the delicate buds and leaves. Sketching the silhouette in pencil I then decided to reverse the colours and focus on the negative space to create a bold and beautiful floral silhouette print.
